on September 8, 2014Love multiple exposures, Ricky, especially this one. Composition is spot on as is the execution. A happy image!

on September 8, 2014Love this Ricky! I would have found the topic very challenging, but this is just perfect for it - I think this is a winning image for brightness, composition - a great design!

on September 7, 2014Ricky never does anything the easy way?? ;-) Great idea to get your theme.
I actually really enjoyed the freedom of this week and the images that everyone has come up with.
I really enjoy this image - how the bigger daisy first draws the attention, and then the realization dawns about the arcing curve of smaller daisies.

on September 7, 2014Hi Ricky:
When I looked at this I first thought it was a quilt or rag rug design! I like the colours and placement very much.

on September 6, 2014I had fun this week. Instead of doing a challenge theme of my own choosing, I asked on Facebook and got over 200 suggestions. I culled out the impossible ones (aurora borealis, carnival, redwood trees with snow), and put the rest in a basket. I drew 'Rhythms' (forgive typo above). In visual art, rhythm is created with pattern is repeated. I spent most of the day looking for repetition and then thought - "hey, I can create that with multiple exposure!" These are the last two daisies in our fading garden. The lady who submitted the winning theme gets a print!
